"Leave the Scene Clean"

We are excited to announce the top student winners of the 2025 “Leave The Scene Clean” Art Contest! The illustrations will be enlarged and appear on the side of a Lee County Waste Pro truck and printed on reusable tote bags.  The full color tote bags measure 13″H x 15″W x 8″D and have a bottom insert. There are four tote bag designs that each feature a winning illustration.
 
The four overall winning students were:
  • Grade K-3rd Winner: Daniela Rodriguez Rodriguez from Mirror Lakes Elementary
  • Grade 4th-6th Winner: Cathy Cheribin from Three Oaks Middle School
  • Grade 7th-9th Winner: Alejandra Alfonso Sanchez from Mariner Middle School
  • Grade 10th-12 Winner: Mia De La Cruz Matos from North Fort Myers High School

The new reusable tote bags will be available in the FALL for a $5 donation/each or $17 for a set.  Call 239-334-3488 or email Tisha@klcb.org for details. The bags are available on a first come, first serve basis.

"Leave the Scene Clean" School Fundraiser

The reusable tote bags are available for distribution to public and private schools to serve as a source of funding for school projects. Keep Lee County Beautiful donates the bags to the schools for FREE, and the schools keep 100% of the money they raise to be used toward the projects. The new tote bags featuring the 2025 winning artwork will be available in the Fall.

ALL PROJECTS MUST BE COMPLETE BY MAY 31, 2025. A report with the project description, photos (and/or videos), # of students, # of hours MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Tisha@klcb.org by MAY 31, 2025
